Because we're based in a state where moose-crossing signs are common, school mascots are often bears, and squirrels lurk in every tree, we had to have these dog toys from the West Paw Design Wilderness Collection. Our stuffed animal connoisseurs, Maynard and Harry, served as the product testers and they were captivated by the soft, wooly texture of the Berber fabric and pleased that the squeakers kept squeaking even after several hours of hard play. They also liked the size and shapes of the toys, which fit nicely in their mouths and survived some pretty intense Labrador tug-of-war. We liked that these are high-quality toys made of durable, non-toxic materials in attractive earth tones. (FYI, our now 4-year-old Mitchell is still playing with Berber toys originally tested more than a year before he was born!)
