Two Dog Press is a family dog kind of company. We don’t have a large staff or huge selection of merchandise, and we like it that way. We prefer to think of ourselves as the online version of a mom-and-pup store. A place where you can hang out and talk dog, find a new treat recipe or two for your canine companion, and perhaps buy something special that you may not be able to find of the shelves of bigger, more established chain stores. However, just because we’re small doesn’t mean we don’t take your orders seriously. Here’s the scoop on Two Dog Customer Service.
Order Processing
We process orders daily, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise indicated on our website. Orders usually ship the same or next business day. For more information, see our Shipping Policy and Rates.
Order Changes
If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us promptly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request as long as we receive it before your order ships.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with any products you ordered from Two Dog Press, you may return them up to seven (7) days after you receive the order, and we will refund the purchase price (we do not refund shipping costs). You must return the item in the condition it was sent.
Back Orders
We will place out-of-stock or not yet available items on back order unless you specify otherwise.

Privacy Policy
The information you provide us to process your order is private and confidential. We do not share our customer information with other companies or list brokers. We do periodically send email or postcard announcements to our customers. If you do not wish to be included on our mailing list, please let us know, and we’ll remove you promptly.

Two Dog Press’ regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm Eastern Time. There’s often someone in the office on Sunday and after hours as well. Because we don’t have a large staff manning the phones, our voice mail system will take your call if we’re on another line or out with the dogs. Please leave a detailed message and let us know a convenient time to reach you, and we will return your call.
Questions or Problems with Your Order
We will contact you by email or phone if there is a problem with your order or if your credit card is declined. We will use the billing phone number or email address you provided, unless you indicated alternate contact information.
